Annually, with the advent of the monsoon season and its moisture-laden winds, our team of experts selects the coffee beans to undergo this unique transformation process. Evolving our techniques through the years, we have delved into the intricacies of stabilizing the volatile solids within the beans, comprehending the science behind it and innovating accordingly.
The handling of these moisture-sensitive beans is executed with the utmost precision and care. Methodical spreading, raking and turning of the coffee beans at carefully calculated intervals allow the beans to gradually swell as they absorb the surrounding moisture and develop their characteristic pale gold hue. Once these premium beans are ready, they are packed and shipped with stringent measures to ensure moisture levels are vigilantly controlled throughout the entirety of their journey.
